Shaw Communications Inc. is a diversified Canadian communications company whose core operating business is providing cable television services, high-speed Internet access and Internet infrastructure services, as well as direct-to-home (DTH) satellite services and satellite distribution services.

The Company also has investment interests in Internet infrastructure and interactive television companies. Shaw is organized into three major divisions: Cable, DTH and Satellite Services. All of these operating segments are located in Canada, except for two small cable television systems acquired in the Moffat acquisition located in the United States.

Shaw provides hundreds of channels, access to dozens of movie channels including pay per view entertainment, 40 channels of uninterrupted digital music and on-screen interactive program guide.
