Limited (NYSE: NWS), is principally engaged in the development,
production and worldwide distribution of feature films and
television programs, television broadcasting and cable network
programming.

The Company's studios, production
facilities and film and television library provide high-quality
creative content, and the Company's broadcasting and cable networks
provide extensive distribution platforms for the Company's programs.
MadTV on Fox Television Network
FOX Broadcasting has some 200 TV station affiliates, 37 of them
company-owned. (A handful of company-owned stations are UPN
affiliates.) Launched in 1985, the network made a name for itself by
airing such groundbreaking fare as Married With Children and The
Simpsons. Rupert Murdoch (head of News Corp., 82%-owner of Fox
Entertainment Group) began the network with six stations.
